DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

Responsibilities:

  • Handling and resolving customers’ inquiries/requests for U.S. Markets.
  • Providing excellent services to customers, answering chats and emails
  • Developing and maintaining accurate files.
  • Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner.
  • Utilize various Concentrix and client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing.

Requirements:

  • Preferably 1 year experience in customer service especially Chat/Email in English line. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree and above.
  • Good customer service, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to details.
  • Working knowledge on Ms. Office. Fast typing speed.
  • A good team player with willingness to learn and drive to achieve.
  • Minimum English read/write skills level B1.
  • Willing to work mostly in night shift.
  • Willing to work from our office in Yogyakarta.
  • Available to join immediately.
