Job Descriptions
- Reporting into the CRO (Chief Revenue Office), the purpose of this role is to lead the business analysis team consisting of 2 plus Business Analysts. Leading the team, the Senior Business Analyst creates a high performing and efficient function to optimize business processes through effective data management and analytics.
- The Senior Business Analyst engages with key stakeholders at all levels (internal and external clients) and works collaboratively with our international CRIF Analytics and Consultancy Team.
- External Client engagement – The Senior Business Analyst will be actively involved in client engagements activities specifically collecting client data requirements and analytics proposals.
- Functions to align with strategic objectives including the prioritized projects in market and product development according to the Business Plan.
Main Duties
- Work closely with internal clients (Consulting, Sales, Operations) and external clients (“Members”):
- Develop Business and Analytical Reports for Management, Pre-Sales, Sales and Operations.
- Provide Business Intelligence and Analytics to Consulting and Sales Team in Pre-Sales activities:
- Technical knowledge transfer of CLIK Products (Credit Report, CB Score and Innovative Scores, CB Matching, Predictive Analytics, Portfolio Alert)
- Design and perform Proof of Concept (POC) / Back-testing (Retro Analysis)
- Collect, analyze and design Custom Analytics requirements from clients.
- Advanced Data Analytics, Machines Learning AI and Business Intelligence
The Senior Business Analyst will be involved in activities such as:
- Supporting CRIF International Technical team in product development and maintenance projects:
- CB Score/Innovative Score validations, Dashboards and Benchmark Reports , POC and Retro-Analysis.
- Perform Advanced Data Analytics and Visualization to provide insightful data to support the management and other related function or clients using database management tools and programs (SQL,SPSS, Python, Tableau)
- Prepare documentation and presentation material for Pre-Sales and Sales Activities
- Project cycle management and responsibility for requirement, delivery, costs, and quality of releases.
- Manage coordination of project team composed of consultants/sales, operation, developers, and subject matter experts.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar job functions, preferably in financial services.
- Degree in Economics, Math, Statistics or Management Engineering
- Demonstrate proven high proficiency in English
- Presentation and negotiation skills
- Advanced Analytic skills and problem-solving mind-set
- Self-organization of all activities and priorities management
- Strong client centric focus
- Knowledge of SAS/SPSS or equivalent statistical software is considered a plus.
- Knowledge of Machines Learning and AI software is considered a plus
- Strong team spirit and culture sensitive to work in international team
- Strong attitude to learn and develop skills and professional experience
