PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk or its subsidiaries are looking for high potential candidates to be employed as Head of Business Control with the following details:

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3,5
2. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Business Control, Financial Analysis, or related roles.
3. Previous experience in Finance Accounting or related financial roles, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
4. Proven track record of leadership and management in a business control or finance function.
5. Comprehensive understanding of business processes, financial systems, and internal controls.
6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends to drive strategic decision-making.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
8. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
9. Experience in developing and implementing business control frameworks, policies, and procedures.
10. Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
11. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the industry.
12. Strategic mindset with the ability to align business control initiatives with overall organizational goals and objectives.

Job Description:
As the Head of Business Control, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of business control functions within the organization, ensuring the integrity of financial information and the effectiveness of internal controls. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Leading and managing the business control team, providing guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities to team members.
2. Developing and implementing business control strategies, frameworks, and policies to support the achievement of organizational goals.
3. Collaborating with senior leadership and business unit managers to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance targets, and monitoring progress against these targets.
4. Overseeing the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
5. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, and implementing controls to mitigate financial and operational risks.
6. Conducting regular reviews and assessments of business processes, systems, and controls to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
7. Leading the implementation of initiatives to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and transparency in business control processes.
8. Providing strategic guidance and support to senior management on financial and business control matters, including investment decisions, strategic initiatives, and risk management.
