We are looking for Social Media Analytics team members who can collect and analyze social media data to improve social media strategies and campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing social trends, and preparing detailed reports on the effectiveness of various content and campaigns.
Responsibilities :
– Conduct continuous monitoring of various social media platforms to collect data on post performance, user interactions and current trends.
– Collect and analyze data to generate insights useful in strategic decision making.
– Create periodic reports detailing campaign performance, Audience Growth, engagement and other relevant aspects.
– Using analyzed data for optimization of social media strategies.
– Work closely with the social media team to implement changes based on the data that has been analyzed.
– Conduct a competitive analysis to compare the performance of the company’s content and social media strategy with competitors.
– Identify opportunities in social media strategies based on market trends and competitor activity.
– Analyze consumer sentiment towards brands and products on social media.
– Update on changes in social media platform policies that could affect the strategy implemented.
Qualification :
– Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Marketing, Communication and business
– Have 1-3 years of work experience in social media or digital marketing.
– Experience using analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, or other relevant analytics tools.
– Expertise in using social media management tools (such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.)
– Ability to communicate with the team.
– Certifications in digital marketing or analytics, such as Google Analytics Certification, can be a plus.
