Qualifications:
- Minimum D3 / S1 Mechanical Engineering / Heavy Equipment / Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 6 years of experience in mining or machinery industry
- POP and BMC (Basic Mechanic Course) certified.
- Have a good leadership skills
- Have good communication with team, coworkers and external parties
- Expert in identifying problems, analyzing data and making reports
- Willing to be placed in North Halmahera with 8:2 roster system.
Job Descriptions:
- Strategize the management of the Plant (workshop) and its Facilities.
- Create a plan to carry out periodic repairs and maintenance so that the condition of production and non-production units is maintained to avoid premature damage which has an impact on production disruption.
- Responsible for routine work such as daily inspection, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of all existing units.
- Review maintenance and repair activities carried out to remain in accordance with applicable standards, and provide reports on the progress of maintenance and repair activities.
- Ensure Physical Availability (PA) is achieved according to the target through monitoring and analyzing equipment performance.
- Plan and evaluate manpower requirements, develop daily work schedules and determine mechanic assignments to carry out maintenance, repair of equipment and machinery.
- Evaluate used spare parts that can be reused when urgent.
- Controlling the maintenance unit cost budget in terms of procurement of spare parts and materials.
