We are looking for a Beauty Trainer to join our team and support our sales team to ensure our organization reaches its sales goals each year. As a Beauty Trainer you will play a vital role in training and empowering our Beauty Advisor. You’ll have the opportunity to share your knowledge, techniques, and industry trends, ensuring your team delivers exceptional customer experiences and stays ahead of the game.
Responsibilities
- Delivering training materials that align with company SOP to grow and develop the brand’s Beauty Advisors
- Deliver product training to Beauty Advisors across Indonesia in line with the sales cycles and training priorities.
- Contribute to analyze, update, and evalute Region and Training and Coaching projects
- Coach the Beauty Advisor at POS (point of sales)
- Be active on the field to observe customer purchase behavior and interact with the Beauty Advisors and customers
- Identify and provide feedback for future training needs
- Manage and maintain the day-to-day visual merchandising in department stores and shops
- Work closely with Marketing Executive on the window and interior display, visual merchandising materials
- Perform any other assigned job duties as per assigned by the management.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years experience in Retail/Beauty
- Strong experience in training including delivery of training, ability to coach with a strong sense of detail, and a strong focus on growing sales capabilities
- High level of competence in presentation and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence in presenting and influencing at all levels
- Highly driven, energetic, flexible and team spirited.
- Able to start work immediately
