These are Job Requirements & Job Description for BEAUTY TRAINER SUPERVISOR Positions:
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or certification in cosmetology or beauty field
- Proven experience as a beauty trainer of at least 2 years
- An energetic professional with a real passion for beauty, skincare, and sales with an engaging communication style
- Strong knowledge of the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques
- Willing to work in Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Plan, Analyze, and conduct training for Beauty Advisor periodically on various topics to upgrade make-up technics and selling skills
- Develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, and hands-on exercises
- Upskilling the team, ensuring specialist product knowledge, and a dignified based selling approach
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed
