DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

GM of Human Resources is responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resources both at strategic level as business partner and also at operational level whilst also manage the Corporate Social Responsibility. This role will have matrix reporting to regional and also country business lead.

Description

  • Manage and lead the execution of the HR Strategy and core areas of the overall HR department including but not limited to Recruitment, Talent Management, Organization Development, Industrial Relations, People Development, Employee Relations, Workforce Administration, Employee Engagement, Compensation and Reward, as well as maintaining and improving HR systems and management of the HR budget
  • Develop and lead strategic plan for the alignment of human resources policies and best practices in the country with regional holding company through strategic collaboration
  • Lead and responsible for implementing Industrial Relation strategies and matters to ensure effective productivity
  • Enhance and develop strategic programs to retain talents and increase productivity through various aspects of HR strategies in the area of talent management, learning and development, employee engagement, culture, compensation and benefits
  • Responsible to drive Corporate Social Responsibility to reflect on corporate values and mission
  • Ensure the optimization of HRIS and Employee Shared Services
  • Serve as a strategic business partner and leader to enhance collaboration and strengthening company culture

Profile

  • Well-rounded Human Resources Professional with at least 23+ years of working experiences in leading end-to-end Human Resources department as strategic HR Leader with strong foundation in both HR strategies and HR Operations
  • Strong exposures and proven track record in Industrial Relations including managing and dealing with Unions and Labour Agreement including strong understanding on Manpower Regulation and Employment/Labour Law
  • Proven track record in assessing, developing and driving HR strategies to align with business objectives
  • Exceptional stakeholder management to partner with business and exceptional leadership and organization skills
  • Experiences working in a matrix organization and collaboration with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates commercial acumen to partner with the business to deliver commercially focused people strategies and has a good overall understanding of company finances and uses this to develop policies
  • Proven track record in change management and transformation project
  • Fluent in English
