Job Description: Graphic Designer / Videographer for Ape Club Uluwatu – Bali
Location: Uluwatu, Bali

Ape Club Uluwatu is a leading craft brewery located in the heart of Uluwatu. We pride ourselves on producing high-quality, unique brews that resonate with the local flavors and the vibrant Uluwatu culture. As we continue to grow and reach a wider audience, we are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer / Videographer to join our team and bring our brand to life visually.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design
- Design and produce marketing materials including posters, banners, labels, and promotional items that reflect the brand’s identity and ethos.
- Create compelling visuals for social media, print, and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with the events team to design event-specific materials.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of creativity and innovation.
Videography
- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit promotional videos that tell the story of our brewery, our products, and our community.
- Document events, brewery tours, and behind-the-scenes footage for marketing and social media purposes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce video content for advertising campaigns, both online and offline.
- Manage video library and ensure all content is organized and easily accessible.
Collaboration & Communication
- Attend team meetings to understand upcoming promotions, events, and product launches.
- Provide input and creative direction to ensure all visual materials align with company goals and branding.
- Work closely with external vendors, photographers, and other creatives when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, videography, or a related field.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Preferably experience using AI tools (like DALL-E 3 etc.) to improve productivity.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and videography skills.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduate welcome as well.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Knowledge of the brewing industry or a passion for craft beer is a plus.
