Blue Circle Indonesia is looking for a creative and skilled Motion Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating visually engaging motion graphics to enhance our digital content and multimedia projects.
Responsibilities
– Develop and produce motion graphics and animations for video content, digital platforms, social media, and other multimedia projects.
– Collaborate with our Art Director and Marketing to conceptualize and storyboard design ideas that effectively communicate brand messages.
– Utilize software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other animation tools to create designs and special effects.
– Ensure consistency and relevance to production standards, adding creative input and suggestions when appropriate.
– Manage multiple projects from concept through completion.
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Film, or a related field.
– Minimum 3 years experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or similar role.
– Able to communicate in English
– Strong portfolio showcasing high-end digital design skills and a deep understanding of animation techniques.
– Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere, and illustrator.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
– Ability to respond effectively and efficiently to design challenges and new creative opportunities.
Additional Skills (Nice to have)
– Knowledge of 3D animation tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.
– Experience with script and storyboard creation to support video concepts.
– Good time management skills with a proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
