One of our subsidiaries in Healthcare industry is hiring for HR Generalist with details as follow:
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters
- Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff
- Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
- Process Payroll and Compensation Benefit
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree in human resources or related major
- Having 5 years of working experience in Healthcare industry is a MUST
- Efficient HR administration and people management skills
- Having wide channel or database for Recruiting in Healthcare industry roles
- Experienced operating HRIS and SAP is preferable
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Willing to be placed in Bendung Hilir, South Jakarta area
- Able to join ASAP is preferable
- Willing to be contracted 6 months first with possibility to be extended
