DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree All major
  • Have a minimum of 5 years experience in Recruitment (SPV) , Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment (Staff)
  • Familiarity with social media and other professional networks;
  • Having deep knowledge in sourcing strategy for each position level is a MUST;
  • Can work with targets under pressure and initiative;
  • Experience working in the Head Hunter sector is a plus;
  • Great negotiation skills
  • Track record of driving process improvements with data

Job Descriptions:

  • Carry out the recruitment process (end-to-end) such as making job advertisements, selecting potential candidates, inviting candidates, providing psychological assessments, and interviewing candidates;
  • Utilize a variety of creative sourcing strategies to identify, attract and engage the best talent in the market. This includes passive and proactive source channels;
  • Assess candidates to ensure qualification fit, cultural fit, and compatibility;
  • Responsible for recruitment records and reports to be accurate and up-to-date.
  • Manage, track, and oversee recruitment activities such as job posting, application processing, interview scheduling, and document preparation
  • Work with HR Manager to plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies
  • Perform follow-ups with HR manager to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and strategy implementation
  • Ensure minimum qualifications are met for position postings
  • Participate in the interview and selection process by making recommendations on candidate suitability for positions
  • Build networks to develop a pool of candidates for various functions
  • Provide coaching to HR recruiters by giving feedback, developing plans for employee growth, and documenting performance issues or concerns
