Job Descriptions:
As the IT Business Analyst, you will work in team for banking/corporate treasury projects. You will be performing SDLC from the initial until post implementation review. You will responsible for gather requirement and negotiate with the customer, excellent project documentations, training to the trainer(s)/user(s), perform SIT, UAT and Go-Live within the timeline.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as Business Analyst with at least 4 – 5 projects/Software Development Life Cycle experience (SDLC).
- Extensive knowledge of Requirement Gathering and Analysis.
- Excellent Analysis, Design, Communication, Documentation, Listening, Presentation skills.
- Excellent System Integration Test, and User Acceptance Test.
- Experience in technical background as technical analyst is a PLUS.
- Experience in the banking accounting treatment is a PLUS.
- Deep knowledge of Banking domain especially Treasury Banking, Corporate Banking, Retail Banking.
- Good attitude and Able to work well in a term or independently.
- Fast learner, good attitude and keen to take ownership of the tasks.
- Capable to deliver task within give timeline.
- Willing to travel within Indonesia.
- Resume must in English.
