Description

Candidates should have knowledge and ability to Install & maintain network hadware & systems (e.g. Hardware , Software, Patchmanagment and also LAN Components: Routers Switches or WLAN-AP) in alignment with the global security policies in all branches. Solve incidents based on WAN od (W)LAN and keep systems running & updated on the latest patch-level and observes ecosystem in respect of capacity. Supports troubleshooting. Technical responsible for all incidents on the Hypervisor, Storage, OS Layer & Middleware for On-Prem & Cloud.

Task and Responsibility

Network:

• Monitoring, maintaining and ensuring a robust & stable Global Network Operation Services in the ISSWORLD.Net connected

Branches in alignment with global Security policies – 2nd Level support.

• Operate process framework, for all operational process, to enable ISS with a repeatable, high quality, service operation, for all infrastructure & production services.

• Produce a robust & stable network environment in alignment with global Security policies.

Security:

• Operate the standard IT Service Management platform (Documentation, Service Request, Incident & Problem Management) in a sustainable way.

• Collaboration with horizontal & vertical production entities.

• Operate process framework, for all operational process, to enable ISS with a repeatable, high quality, service operation, for all infrastructure & production services.

• Produce 24/7 Data Center operations availability – OnCall obligation in Non-Core business hours.

• Monitoring, maintaining and ensuring 24/7 Data Center operations availability – On-Call obligation in Non-Core business hours.

• Work with following processes: Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Capacity & Resource Management.

• Produce scalable, stable, secure & robust IT services based on the standard service catalogue. 

• Ensures to produce compliant with the governance, architecture, and security policies defined by GITDS.

• Overseeing system performance and Troubleshoot hardware software errors on servers by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues.

• Communication, response, and action ISS Global IT related L1 case (ISS Global, SOC, Web Solutions, Proactive, Venzo, BaguIT, Wipro).

• Prepare escalation to ISS Global IT related administering of account AD and O365 (Create, remove account Active Directory, Email, and Distribution List).

Qualifications and Partial Knowledge

• Experienced in managing & troubleshooting of WAN, & (W)LAN incidents.

• Internet Service Provider Management to restore broken connections.

• Experienced in Network Hardware / Software Vendor Management

• Experienced administration of building & operating enterprise network stack – WAN & (W)LAN.

• Experienced in High Availability & Disaster Recovery procedure

• Experienced in the Cloud & Data Center enterprise engineer.

• Experienced in Enterprise Operation Systems Services and Middleware.

• Experienced administrator in enterprise hypervisor technology.

• Experienced administration of building & operating for private cloud purpose.

• Experienced administration of building & operating public cloud platforms.

• Experienced in forecasting capacity & resource availability (Monitoring).

• Experienced in backup and restore procedure.

• Fast learning and tech savvy.

• Have a high ability and curiosity about IT updates.

Ready to Join ASAP and STARTING to work in January 1st 2024

Preferably domicile in South Tangerang and around Bintaro.

Fluent in English communication is a mandatory skill.
