PT. Indo Sultan Jaya is a soap noodle and soap bar manufacturer with Export oriented market all around the world. We distribute our product into 56 countries. As business expanding, now we are entering into new business line, Palm oil and fat industry that will allow us enter into food industry. In accordance to our business growth we have an opportunity for best candidate to join our growing team.
Requirement :
-Pharmacist / Apothecary background is a must with STRA holder
-Minimum 5 years experience Manager/ SPV in QA / QC in food industry/ FMCG
-Good knowledge and hands-on experience in External & Internal Quality Audit Program
-Good analytical skills and excellence quality tools and methodologies
-Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills
-Team player with the ability to work independently
-Good communication skills , both written and oral
-The ability to identify and intervene in problem areas, well developed problem solving skills
Responsibility :
-Lead and manage the QA/QC team and expertise to the overall Quality Management System, policies and standards to support proper and smooth execution of all Quality related activities in meeting the specified standards and requirements
-To implement preventive measure and corrective action for non-conforming products
-Responsible for raw material /Product testing and other related testing and ensure testing is in compliance to internationally accepted guidelines
-Able to demonstrate implementation, documentation & monitoring experience in the development & application of ISO 9001 QMS, ISO 22716 GMP, HALAL certification, CPKB-BPOM, ISO 22000 FOOD SAFETY, and HACCP
-Manages project audit program
-Design quality assurance (QA) policies to prevent issues leading to poor product quality

Steadily, the company gained recognition in the oleo chemical industry, supplying to over 56 countries on a global basis. Industry knowledge was gained through hands-on engineering and of the oleo chemical industry from the plantation to the upstream activities and downstream application.
We specialize in manufacturing soap noodles and soap allied products. Our soap noodle and finishing plant is located in art of manufacturing industrial estate Jababeka, Cikarang-Bekasi, Indonesia, to take advantage of being near to the soap noodle raw material source which is palm oil.
At present we are setting up soap noodles manufacturing plant from Mazzoni LB Italy with the capacity of 150 TPD and Bar soap finishing line of 150 TPD in our 15000 square meter art of manufacturing area and also we are in further expansion of our manufacturing facility in new business line related with palm oil derivative product
