About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Area Sales Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets within your assigned territory. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the profitable growth of our business.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a sales team to meet targets.
- Develop effective sales strategies for your territory.
- Coach and monitor team performance, taking corrective action.
- Analyze sales data for trends and improvement opportunities.
- Build strong customer relationships, negotiate deals, and handle inquiries.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and manage budgets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and attend industry updates.
- Conduct market research, implement marketing activities, and collaborate with other departments for seamless operations and brand growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales supervisor or a related role, with expertise in handling distributors.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving profitable growth. Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
