Role Description:

PROXSIS & Synergy Solusi are seeking a Sales Area to join our team in Surabaya, and Balikpapan. The role of a Sales Area for day-to-day sales activities, including identifying and establishing relationships with potential customers, maintaining relationships with current customers, ensuring satisfaction, managing accounts, and enhancing sales, while also identifying opportunities for business process improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related fields
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales
  • Experienced in consulting and training companies
  • Target oriented
  • Have knowledge of HSE, civil works, and engineering (more preferred)
  • Strong consulting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Willing to be placed in Jakarta, Surabaya, or Balikpapan
