Key Responsibilities:
- Developing architectural designs for villa construction projects, including conceptual drawings, floor plans, and elevations.
- Collaborating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure designs meet project requirements and specifications.
- Overseeing the construction process to ensure compliance with architectural plans and specifications.
- Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Providing guidance and support to junior staff members as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other architectural software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- SKA Certification would be preferred
