- This is a full-time on-site role located in Jepara for an Assistant Head Marketing Manager.
- The Assistant Head Marketing Manager will assist the Head Marketing Manager to manage and coordinate the Marketing, R&D and PPIC teams to achieve the company’s goals.
- This will include managing existing client accounts, reviewing clients and overseeing product development.
Qualification:
- Fluent in English – business (speaking, writing, listening, reading).
- Mandarin language skills would be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years experience in furniture merchandising and marketing.
- Excellent at business communication & negotiation with a customer satisfaction orientation.
- Excellent at problem solving and decision making.
- Excellent at working in detail and with a specified target.
- Excellent at time management.
- Excellent at teamwork and coordination – yet a self-driven person.
- Excellent at leading a team to achieve the company’s goals.
- Excellent at operating MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint & Outlook.
- Passionate about delivering good customer service.
- Passionate in furniture business development.
- Be placed in Jepara
