We are a growing company, with 19 years experience delivering healthcare and lifestyle product and services. We are looking for Head of Marketing Communication with the following description :
Head of Marketing Communications
Will be responsibility for internal communications, external communications and crisis management.
We are looking for a Head of Marketing Communications who can take ownership for our communications plan and work to drive brands relevance, consistency and engagement across all touchpoints.
You and your team will plan and execute a wide variety of internal and external communications activities, and work closely with teams across marketing, sales and our external agencies.
Responsibilities :
1. Designing communication strategy and monitoring the execution that drive brands growth.
2. Maintaining collaboration with stakeholders across the business so they understand our positioning and what our brands stand for.
3. Designing story telling strategy : identify, frame and bring to life stories that brings our vision to life and strengthens our brands.
4. Developing Crisis Management Plan and working together with relevant department in the organisation for execution.
Requirements:
1. Max. 40 years old, with 8-10 years experience in marketing communication/brand management in retail, healthcare or lifestyle industry.
2. Experience in managing communication across various digital platforms.
3. A strategic thinker, a team player, as well as a leader in agile environment. Experience in leading a team is a must.
4. Articulate written, visual and verbal communicator, excellent copy accuracy and proofreading skills; fluency in English is essential.
