PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk or its subsidiaries are looking for high potential candidates to be employed as Banking Relations Associate with the following details:
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.5
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting within the banking industry
- Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and practices, including knowledge of accounting treatment for bank loans, deposits, and other financial instruments
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with banking partners
- Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance standards
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Excel, accounting software, and financial databases
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Job Description:
- Maintaining regular communication with banking partners to ensure smooth operations and address any issues or concerns
- Providing support in the negotiation and execution of banking agreements contracts, and other related documents.
- Conducting financial analysis and reporting
- Collaborating with internal teams, such as finance, risk management, and legal, to ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
- Providing guidance and expertise on accounting treatment for bank loans, deposits, and other financial transactions
- Participating in meetings and presentations with banking partners and clients to discuss financial performance, strategy, and opportunities for collaboration
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in banking and accounting
- Contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization through proactive engagement and collaboration with banking partners and clients
