PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk or its subsidiaries are looking for high potential candidates to be employed as Head of Strategic Performance Management with the following details:

 

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3,5
  2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in strategic performance management, including setting up KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) or OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) for business units.
  3. Proven ability to drive performance improvement initiatives and achieve measurable results.
  4. Comprehensive understanding of performance management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
  6. Experience in developing and implementing performance management frameworks tailored to specific business objectives.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  8. Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to completion.
  9. Demonstrated ability to influence and motivate teams to achieve performance targets and goals.
  10. Proficiency in relevant software and tools for performance measurement and analysis.

 

Job Description:
As a Strategic Performance Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving the performance of business units through the establishment and implementation of effective KPIs and OKRs. Your responsibilities will include:

 

  1. Working closely with senior leadership and business unit managers to understand strategic objectives and develop aligned performance measures.
  2. Leading the design and implementation of performance management frameworks, including the identification of key metrics, targets, and initiatives.
  3. Conducting thorough analysis of performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of performance objectives with overall business goals.
  5. Providing guidance and support to business unit managers in setting targets, tracking progress, and driving performance improvements.
  6. Developing and maintaining performance dashboards and reporting mechanisms to monitor progress and communicate results to stakeholders.
  7. Identifying barriers to performance and implementing strategies to address them effectively.
  8. Continuously evaluating the effectiveness of performance management processes and making recommendations for enhancements.
  9. Staying informed about industry trends and best practices in performance management and leveraging this knowledge to drive continuous improvement within the organization.
