BUSSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on children’s education? SIP Group, a global leader in child development programs, is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. 

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends and opportunities in the education sector, specifically related to early-childhood education. 
  2. Identify Prospect: Identify and establish connections with potential partners, schools, and educational institutions to promote SIP Group.
  3. Partnership Building: Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with schools, educational organization, and community centers to expand the reach of SIP Group.
  4. Product/Service Presentation: Effectively present SIP Group development programs to clients, emphasizing the unique benefits and positive impact on children’s mental abilities. 
  5. Sales Strategy: Devise and implement effective sales strategies to achieve enrollment targets, identifying key decision-makers in schools and educational institutions.
  6. Proposal Development: Create persuasive proposals, presentations, and sales materials that communicate the value proposition of SIP Group programs to potential clients. 
  7. Networking: Attend relevant industry conferences, seminars, and events to network, build brand awareness, and stay informed about trends in child development & education. 
  8. Contract negotiation: Lead negotiations with schools and partners, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and align with SIP Group’s business objectives.
  9. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and program development, to ensure a cohesive and effective approach in promoting and delivering SIP Group’s programs. 
  10. Feedback Collection: Gather insights from clients, partners, and market trends for continuous improvement of SIP Group’s program. 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related fields.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales.
  • Strong understanding of the education industry and child development.
  • An existing network of business contacts is essential, i.e. schools, institutions, corporates and governments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on meeting or exceeding enrollment targets. 
  • Professional proficiency in English both written and communication.
  • Willingness to Travel.
