What You Will Do :
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies
- Researching prospects and generating leads
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person
- Handling customer questions, inquiries and complaints
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals
- Meeting daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
- Participating in sales team meetings
What You Will Need To Do :
- Minimum associate’s degree (D3) from reputable university
- 4+ years of sales experience in Freight Forwarder industry
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- English is a must, mandarin will be advantage
- Excellent call and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work from office
