JOB DESCRIPTION:

Develop & execute branding & marketing strategy to be better known by industrial markets
Translate agreed branding message from Top Management to media channels.
- Decide appropriate marketing channels to communicate branding message (e.g. Social & Print Media, Corporate Announcements via Company Websites, etc.)
- Develop appropriate marketing content
- Develop branding designs to be communicated externally
Monitor and manage image & branding
- Periodically screen digital & traditional media to identify if any negative sentiments towards or could related to company
- Mitigate any threats to company marketing brand by coordinating with respective departments to develop action plans
Coordinate with Sales/ Desks to execute marketing initiatives (e.g. expo, etc.) for targeted segments.
- Accommodate Sales/ Desks requirements for preparing marketing strategy
- Prepare marketing & communication content for target market.
- Ensure availability of logistical needs for marketing initiatives.
- Estimate budget set for each marketing initiative.
- Ensure quality execution of marketing initiative.
Track & analyze success of marketing initiatives.

REQUIREMENT :

Candidate must possess at least Master’s Degree in Marketing, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
At least 10 Year(s) of working experience at Managerial Level in the related field of Branding & Communication is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Photoshop, Corel X5, Wonder share Filmora
Common with optimism digital channel communication especially with web development, google mapsd, SEO, SEM, media portal (You Tube, Facebook, IG, Twitter & LinkedIn)
Ready to work independently and as a team
Good Communication and Interaction Skill
Willing to be placed at GRESIK, EAST JAVA
