Kualifikasi :
- At least 3 years of experience in a maintenance manager, preferably in Restaurant or Hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, kitchen equipment, and other building systems
- Excellent organizational and management skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple task simultaneously
- Able to work in fast paced environment
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekend, and holidays if neccessary
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) is a plus
