Responsibilities :

Ensuring the efficient operation and safety of system and equipment within a facility.
Ensuring optimal equipment performance, minimizing downtime, and maintaining a safe and eco-friendly production environment through effective coordination, technical knowledge, and proactive maintenance strategies.
Overseeing the efficient operation and upkeep of utility systems critical to the recycling process.
Inspect and maintain building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and lighting, to ensure optimal functionality.
Identify and diagnose issues in utility systems and equipment, conduct root cause analysis, implement corrective actions and perform repairs as needed.
Operate, maintain and monitor equipment such as, boilers, pumps, compressors, chiller, cooling tower and other utility systems.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree from All Engineering Major (Preferably from Mechanical or Civil Engineering).
3 Years experience in utility, maintenance and repair.
Strong understanding and experience in Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Mechanical Systems.
Familiar and Experience in Office Suite and Computerized Maintenance Management System.
Have a boiler operator certification class 2 is preferred.
Fluent in English both written and verbal.
Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Being flexible and open-minded allows for effective problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Willing to be placed in Pasuruan.
