Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Public Relations/Communications or equivalent
- Experience as Marketing officer for minimum 3 years in retail industry
Job Descriptions:
- Develop social media campaigns and media relations strategies
- Send communication to customer database about promotion and advertisment (e.g whatsapp blast, email blast)
- Edit and update promotional material and publications (brochures, videos, social media posts etc.)
- Prepare and distribute press releases
- Organize Social Media events (e.g. open days, press conferences) and serve as the company’s spokesperson
- Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising
- Address inquiries from the media and other parties
- Track media coverage and follow industry trends
- Prepare and submit Social Media reports
- Update customers database
