Purchasing Import, Local Staff
Responsibilities
Make purchases, especially from imported and local sources
Manage documents and control of imported goods (from handling import shipments to clearance and goods sent to the factory)
Carry out calculations and analysis of imported material requirements (MRP)
Create Import and Local Monitoring Reports.
Requirement
S1 education in all majors
Minimum 2 years experience in the manufacturing industry Age maximun 45 years old
Mastering English (fluent) both spoken and written
Have knowledge of Import / Customs and all related documents
Understand the Customs and Freight Forwarder regulatory processes (Customs process)
Understand the process of foreign trade transactions both by TT and by LC
Honest, thorough, resistant to pressure, and has a high willingness to learn.
Proficient in using computers such as Microsoft Words, Excel and Excel formulas
Have EXIM or Supply Chain certification.
Having the ability to speak Mandarin is preferred
