This enables us to develop, manufacture and supply customized adhesives and surfacing solutions and offer on-site technical service and application support to our local and regional customers.
Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Purchasing/Supply Chain /Marketing or other relevant qualification
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience
- Knowledge of purchasing, procurement, and production planning management in manufacturing company
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Experience in importing goods and familiar with PIB procedures
- Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 dan FSC implementation standards and procedures.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Manage all purchasing activities starting from planning, implementation, monitoring, control and supervision of local and import purchases.
- Manage suppliers (domestic and international) and develop purchasing strategies that meet the budgetary and other operational requirements of the company.
- Develop appropriate reporting and monitoring mechanisms that highly cost savings achieved by suppliers and validate supplier performance and concerns.
- Responsible for assessing the total cost of company purchases and reporting to management.
- Responsible for researching and identifying potential new suppliers.
- Develops and implements strategies for procuring, purchasing, and maintaining inventory levels.
- Conduct research to procure the best product and suppliers regarding the value, delivery schedules, and quality.
- Comply with all AICA ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 policies and procedures, including but not limited to the AICA Code of Conduct.
