QUALIFICATION:
- Minimum education S1/D3, Technical/Industrial Engineering Major related fields are preferable.
- Must have knowledge in Power Generation (Especially Generator Set).
- At least 1 year of experience in sales/marketing/sales engineer/engineering in the industrial/construction industry.
- Adept in negotiation and communication capability.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Proficient in English and good communication skills.
- Able to develop partnerships with customers.
- Able to travel to remote locations in Indonesia.
- Able to use AutoCAD is a plus.
- Able to speak and write in professional level.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Report directly to Sales Manager.
- Direct selling for Mitsubishi Generator Sets products to end users or contractors.
- Perform job activities related to selling and billing.
- Perform technical presentations for generator set products to customers.
- Managing sales inquiries until getting PO.
- Manage current customers and find new customers to improve sales targets.
- Develop customers and build alliances with partner companies.
- Prepare proposal and initial plot (plot plan, P&I, single-line diagram, wiring system diagram) based on customer requirements.
- Managing sales project execution until handover.
- Clarify each DOR of engineering, procurement, construction, and after-service among related companies.
- Connect detailed technical information of a project from customer to related department and related company to execute production orders.
- Planning and executing regular visits to develop good relationships with customers.
- Provide reports on sales activity and project progress.
- Coordinating with related sections in terms of selling and billing.
