Description
The key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Analyzing data to identify new markets for the company’s products and services
- Develop sales strategies and plans to increase revenue and market share
- Establishing relationships with new clients to increase business opportunities for the company
- Perform selling process, ensure that products are delivered properly and paid in a timely manner
- Maintain close relationship with existing clients to constantly expand the company’s share of business
- Penetrate new market by engaging with major decision makers in the related sector
- Closing target monthly
Qualification :
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Business, sales, or related field
- Has good relationship with customer and leasing company
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and targets
- Having 5 years experience in management, highly desirable having worked in heavy equipment market
The successful candidate is a strong Team Manager or Sales Heavy Equipment with at least 5 years of sales track record in the Heavy Equipment sector.
