We are seeking a driven Export Sales Executive to join our fresh product company, tasked with expanding our market reach and increasing international sales. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of international markets, and excellent communication skills to drive our company’s growth in the global marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take lead in product development, to improve existing product and introduce new products
  • Works with supply and sales team to manage demand and supply
  • Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities and partnerships to expand market presence.
  • Understand and manages cost and sell of new products to ensure expected margin
  • Works with procurement and material management team to ensure packaging availability
  • Works between supply and client to ensure quality expectation alignment
  • Take initiative to improve internal processes to support better service level to clients
  • Ensure payment terms fair and reasonable

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field.
  • 1-2 years experience in sales, preferably in the fresh produce industry.
  • Strong understanding of international markets, export regulations, documents and trade practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
  • Speaks Bahasa Indonesia, English professionally, and Mandarin is a plus
