Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in with minimum 5 years of working experience in the same position;
- Understanding and having deep knowledge about UU Ketenagakerjaan is a must;
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel;
- Attention to detail, well organized, and communicative;
- Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives.
Job Description :
- Calculate the correct amount of payroll and conduct regular monthly payments;
- Handle attendance management activities and working hours for all companies in the group (both head office and job site);
- Check the suitability of overtime requests, business trips, and roster;
- Manage employee database, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and Kesehatan, health insurance, and PTKP;
- Keep updated and understand Government Regulations in Compensation & Benefits;
- Maintain a good relationship with employees in order to ensure all employees are informed all related benefits correctly.
