DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Teach skills that allow children with Autism, PDD-NOS, Speech Delay etc to communicate and/or function more effectively
- Motivate kids to reach their highest potential for learning implement the intervention program set up by the supervisor
- Implement behavioral procedures for acquisition of replacement skills and reduction of problematic behaviors
- Complete data collection related to implementation of the intervention plan
- Monitor progress and make reports for each child
- Work and communicate closely with a team in implementing the intervention program
REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Education or closely related field
- Enjoys working with kids
- Fluent in English – Strong verbal and written communication
- Creative, fun loving, and energetic
- Highly self-motivated, can work independently or in a team
- Has a strong sense of responsibility and enthusiasm to learn
- Good time management and organizational skills also problem-solving skills
