Requirements:
- Minimal experience of 5 years in the branding and marketing related field
- Bachelor’s degree in branding, marketing or communications
- Demonstrate experience launching successful products in the past 3 year
- Prior experience as a brand manager or junior / associates brand manager
- Undertake the role of brand custodian to secure adherence to standards and safeguard intellectual properties
- Mastering experience in retail and online business channels
- Creative thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership and project management
- Products packaging and retail knowledge
- Great at multi tasking and ability to delegate projects to team members
- Possess product knowledge
- Demonstrate strong leadership abilities and having ability to manage tight deadlines
- Fluent in english, mastering second language such as mandarin, Japanese, Korean will be plus
Main Responsibilities:
- Create brand identity for the company and working closely with product manager, to create winning products
- Shape and communicate company’s vision and mission
- Monitor market trends, research and consumer markets and competitors activities
- Developing custom marketing and advertising strategies
- Creating designs and layout for media outlets
- Making decisions about cost of branding and analysing trends in customer spending
- Writing pitches blog posts and article
- Building relationship with influences, journalist, and media outlets
- Overseeing social media accounts and ensure brand consistency
- Conducting meeting clients
- Ability to build up solid team and overseeing marketing staffs
- Lead all encompassing brand campaigns for launches and initiatives
