DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
Responsibilities:
- Manage finance team and overseeing finance day-to-day operations, including billing, account receivables, accounts payables, and other financial operation matters.
- Manage quality control over financial transactions and reporting
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting
- Continuously tracking the company’s financial status and performance to identify area of improvement
- Conducting financial analysis and providing insights to support business decision-making.
- Overseeing and evaluating credit requests and payment collection from customer.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance operations, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisor or managerial role.
- Experience in a manufacturing or production-oriented environment is preferred.
- Strong Excel skills, including the ability to create financial models.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English to convey financial information and insights to non-finance stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset, with the ability to adapt to changing business environments and take the initiative to drive financial improvements.
