Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline . preferable information Technology.
- Min 5 work experience as a IT Project Administrator, Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with flowcharts, technical documentation and schedules.
- Ability to setup and configure servers.
- Min 5 years’ of experience administering server-side technology and networked computing systems.
- Professional qualification such as MCP, MCSE, MCSA , CCNA , CompTIA Server+, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Network+ and CompTIA A+(added advantage).
- Administrative tasks of IT project procurement process such as IT Project Procurement filing and documentation.
- Schedule stakeholder meetings, document and well versed generate reports for project update and presentation.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Planner.
- Assist IT Manager & Project Manager in such as project budgets, project schedules, scope statements and project plans.
- Knowledge in the technical systems such as (TCP/IP, Backup Technologies, DNS, DHCP, Terminal Server, Print Server, jump Server Concept, Active Directory Domain and Forest, VLAN, LAN and WAN) can be useful.
- Well versed with Wi-Fi Technology and responsible toInstalling, configuring and maintaining Wi-Fi technologies for Office and Plant.
- Possess strong teamwork skills and have the ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels.
Responsibility:
- Plays a vital role in developing project plans, ensuring that all tasks are clearly defined, and coordinating activities among team members.
- Maintaining project schedules, ensuring that tasks are assigned and deadlines are met.
- Coordinating with various departments to gather requirements and resources needed for successful project completion.
- Monitoring project progress, identifying any potential risks or issues, and implementing necessary corrective actions.
- Conducting regular status meetings to provide updates on the project’s progress to all stakeholders involved.
- Maintaining accurate project documentation such as meeting minutes, status reports, change requests, and other relevant records is an essential responsibility of the IT Project Coordinator.
- Ensuring that projects adhere to established standards and procedures related to IT governance.
- The IT Project Coordinator ensures adherence to quality standards by conducting regular quality checks on deliverables and implementing necessary corrective measures when require.
- Conduct post-project evaluations or lessons learned sessions with stakeholders in order to identify areas for improvement in future projects.
- Responsible for keeping software up to date and applying security patches and upgrades to prevent vulnerabilities.
- Responsible for protecting the network and data by implementing security measures such as firewalls, antivirus software, and access control policies.
- Responsible for setting up new servers and ensuring they are properly configured for their intended use.
- Must be available to provide technical support to users and other IT staff members, answering questions and resolving issues.
- Collaborating with IT teams to ensure smooth integration of new technologies or software systems into existing infrastructure.
