DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

  • Sales Strategy:
  • Establish partial sales strategies for One Brand Shop & Multi Brand Shop (to support the senior in Sales Strategy Part in Trade Mkt Team)
  • Enter the promotions (discount, free gift, point accumulation, etc) into POS System.
  • Set up promotion coupons, tick count, manual discount in POS System.
  •  Communicate with store leader about the promotion.
  • Communicate with VMD team to check & monitoring VMD.
  • Update review qty of Engine Products.
  • Sales Report:
  • Make OBS daily sales report.
  • Make MBS (Multi Brand Shop) monthly sales report.
  • CRM:
  • Make customers target & short by numbers (Offline, Online, CRM).
  • Analyze CRM result & make the summary report.
  • Analyze all coupons result & make the summary report.
  • Operating the RPCM(Repurchase Cycle Management).
  •  Analyze RPCM files & make the summary report.
  • GWP & Ltd Products Stock:
  • Figure out quantity needed, then request GWP & Ltd Products for OBS stores.
  • Share weekly GWP stock template & compile weekly GWP stock.
  • Compile monthly GWP stock, and then check the GAP & the reasons.
  • Check GWP & Ltd Products every week & every month (qty & expired date).
  • Communicate with store leader about near expired GWP.
  •  Marketing:
  • Blast eDM, WhatsApp, & Push App.
  • Analyze WhatsApp result & make the summary report.
