DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
- Manage and execute Warehouse and Logistic activities
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO well maintained
- Implement GMP, 5S and Warehouse Management System
- Manage Inventory Accuracy
- Optimize Logistic and Cost Control
- Supervise, guide and develop teams
- Shipment Plan and Delivery Monitoring
- Measure and Review Transporter Performance
- Monitoring Dashboard KPI Establish New Ways of Working and Implement Best Practices
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics,
- Supply Chain or other relevant fields
- Have 5+ years of professional experiences in Warehouse and Logistic in dynamic environment especially from FMCG industries
- Experience in Project plans, milestone, measures, budgets, resource and time management
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Process good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively lead constructive meetings and discussions
- Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and problem solving skills in a changing and dynamic environment An independent worker and a team player who is both business and consumer focused
- Experiences Manage 3rd Party Vendor Logistic
- Able to lead a team, good communication and able to work well with all organizations
- Positive Attitude, process and result oriented, also a detail person
