DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in the handling of perishable goods such as fruits and veggies
  2. Knowledge of quality control standards for fresh produce.
  3. Strong leadership, excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  4. Proficiency in inventory management software (for me, any WMS tools is fine, can be learned later), and MS Office applications (basics)
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  6. Strong commitment to safety and compliance.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:

  1. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing produce, ensuring proper stock levels and minimizing wastage.
  2. Quality Control: Implement and uphold quality control standards to ensure the freshness and quality of fruits and vegetables.
  3. Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  4. Logistics Coordination: Plan and optimize the distribution and delivery of products, collaborating closely with transportation partners.
  5. Safety Compliance: Ensure that all safety and sanitation protocols are followed rigorously to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  6. Cost Management: Monitor operational costs, including labor, utilities, and equipment maintenance, to meet budgetary targets.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor Degree
  2. Experiences as Warehouse Manager is a Plus
  3. Experience handling perishable goods such as fruits and veggies is a Must
  4. Willing to be placed in Brastagi Area
  5. Good communication skills
  6. Local person in Brastagi is a Plus
  7. Able to join fast
