Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business management, Inventory management, Logistics or a related field preferred.
Good command of English. (Japanese speaking ability preferable)
Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
Time management skills and the ability to delegate.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Hands-on commitment to getting the job done.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and warehouse software packages.
Minimum 5-10 years of WMS supervisor, Receiving and storing goods, managing inventory levels.
Strategic planning, organization and supervision.
Excellent problem solving and decision making skills.
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
High responsibility, Technical leadership and troubleshooting.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong in people management.

Job Description:

Supervise and coordinates activities of team to smoothly parts supply Operation especially in WH operation.
Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity & efficiency.
Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy
Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse facilities including equipment and accessories.
Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment.
Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.
Communicating and coordinating with other departments.
Maintain high standards of security in the warehouse..
Establish, maintain procedure, WI, check list, etc. according to Quality Management System.
