Job Responsibilities:
- Identifying prospects, building pipelines, closing deals and delivering revenues against plan
- Identify and grow opportunities within segmentation and collaborate with sales team to ensure growth attainment
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
- Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solution according to customer needs and objectives
- Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Ensure to input customer data
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives
Job Requirements:
- Good attitude
- Have working experience in internet service provider industry at least 5 years
- Good communication skill
- Have leadership skill
- Able to work mobile in Jabodetabek area
- Self motivated and teamwork
- Required Minimal Diploma
- Minimal Age 24 years old and Max. Age 35 yeas
