Job Description:
- Jointly develop and execute company’s product development with product team through benchmarking with competitors
- Develop list of new customer persona/ecosystem target market based on the new product initiatives
- Build, develop, and grow partnerships/ecosystem/telemarketing agencies/community pipelines
- Develop business model, commercials scheme and execute agreement with the partners
- Lock, grow and establish strong collaboration with all the partners
- Jointly develop the operational process with sales development and product team for pilot launch
- Lead PMO for the new product/partnership development launch until handover to sales operations team
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from any major
- Indonesia and English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Experience in business development for lending products especially KTA for both productive and multipurpose
- Strong analytics, business commercials acumen, and connection with potential partners/ecosystem network
- Proven track record of building, developing and managing end to end new product launch till production
- Good time management, soft and hard selling including cold calls, communication, negotiation and planning skills
