- Monitoring Work In Progress on regional Area.
- Controlling day to day service center activity and provide support for field obstacles.
- Make regular weekly – monthly report analyze service performance toward target and improvements needed.
- Handling voice of customer and countermeasure respond needed.
- Manage Authorized Service Center and way-of-working to be able to meet good customer service satisfaction level.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Statistic, Information system or equivalent.
- Have experience in Customer Service Management from electronic company is preferred.
- Expert in data management, data analysis.
- Familiar with Microsoft Operation System (Ms. Excel, Power Point, Word).
- Have good communication skill, fast learning, reporting & presentation.
- Fluent in English.
