  • Monitoring Work In Progress on regional Area.
  • Controlling day to day service center activity and provide support for field obstacles.
  • Make regular weekly – monthly report analyze service performance toward target and improvements needed.
  • Handling voice of customer and countermeasure respond needed.
  • Manage Authorized Service Center and way-of-working to be able to meet good customer service satisfaction level.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Statistic, Information system or equivalent.
  • Have experience in Customer Service Management from electronic company is preferred.
  • Expert in data management, data analysis.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Operation System (Ms. Excel, Power Point, Word).
  • Have good communication skill, fast learning, reporting & presentation.
  • Fluent in English.
