- Having minimum 3 years of experience in related work
- Minimum Diploma D3/S1 from any major.
- Representative and good presentation skills.
- Familiar with sales & marketing system programs.
- Skills needed: persuasive, good communication, target oriented, teamwork, good negotiation, good at socializing, responsive in mastering product knowledge.
- Banten residence is an advantage
Responsibilities :
- Manage, lead, coordinate sales team to achieve target sales
- Monitor, review and feedback team activities related to customer service
- Present and Promote company brand products to customer
- Dealing with new customers and maintaining existing customers
- Proven ability to analyze market and customers, to identify areas of improvement and predict future potential business.
