Job Description:

Providing manpower and evaluate for all departments.
Ensure the availability of talent profiling for each department.
Availability of HAV (Human Asset Value) for each department and RTC (Replacement Table Chart) for each key position (Head and above).
Implementation of employee development programs in accordance with IDP (Individual Development Plan)
Building and implementing HR strategies and taking initiatives in accordance with the overall business strategy (OD, Talent Acquisition, People Development)
Carry out the calculation process of Man Power Planning
Manage and be responsible for the employee payroll system
Develop, update and maintain HR database (HRIS)
Manage and be responsible for implementing discipline, punishment, managing problems, and control of all employees
Responsible for organizing training for employees.
Willing to work at Jakarta and Tangerang

Requirement competency:

Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Law, Management.
Proven work experience as the HRGA / HRBP Manager at least 5 years in large company (at least 450 headcount)
Experiences in Manufacture and Retail will be an advantage
Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations at the local dan state levels.
Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies, such as Human Resources metrics, OD Specialist, Talent Management, People Development, Talent Acquisition & MPP Forecasting.
HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, CHRM) is a plus
