Job Description:
– Manage Training Development & Organization Development.
– Oversee payroll & HRIS system.
– Supervise the performance of the HRD team in various areas (Recruitment, Training, Payroll, Legal, Industrial Relations & Organizational Development).
– Develop and monitor KPI implementation.
– Track asset management & building maintenance updates.
– Provide input or ideas to management regarding employee quality development (promotion/career path, etc.).
– Understand and comply with applicable labor laws and regulations (Legal).
– Build, manage, and maintain positive employee and industrial relations.
– Provide regular report updates to the President Director.
– Experience in implementing HRIS, with a preference for those who have used Talenta.
Qualifications:
– Minimum S1 education, preferably majoring in Psychology/HR Management. – Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR Manager position.
– Familiarity with handling diverse HR-related issues.
– Proficient in the latest Labor Law and understanding of BPJS.
– Possess training certifications and expertise, especially in HR (CHRM).
– Familiarity with psychological test tools.
– Demonstrates integrity, assertiveness, leadership, and responsibility.
– Capable of working under pressure.
– Placement at Taman Tekno BSD – South Tangerang.
