Requirements
- Bachelor degree from any major
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales – Retail/General especially in FMCG Industry
- Having experience in Modern Trade & Acccount Management.
- Have good relation with key account channel (Local Modern Trade)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and team management skills
Job Description
- Responsible to completing monthly sales target each outlet and brand
- Looking for a Local MT shop for mutually beneficial cooperation.
- Communicating and negotiating with Key Account (Local MT)
- Responsible to control the promo activities at the outlet according to the plan.
- Monitor and report on competitors activity
- Ensuring the growth of existing business and generating new opportunities to increase market share
- Make reports on the progress of sales, distribution and promotions
- Handle feedback from Key Accounts
