Responsibility  :

1. Develop a business strategy to increase the number of customer and national sales
2. Lead, motivate, train, guide and supervise to National store staff effectively.
3. Ensure optimal store service to create high customer satisfaction.
4. Analyze and report purchasing trends and customer need.
5. Control the design of the store layout and appearance.

Qualification  :

1. Minimum 2 years work wxperience as a Operational Manager.
2. Ability to lead and manage staff
3. Skill in customer management, including being able to understand and fulfill.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skill.
5. Hace a storng oriented.
